Yes! Another solid book in the Harbinger P.I. series. I thought the story was more 'contained' this time. No life-threatening situation, no Midnight Cabal, no going away to a different country. This time Alec and Felicity took a case of a missing boy -- who said was taken by a monster -- which turned out to be related with the boy's missing father from an asylum. I loved that; plain old mystery solving from our P.I. We also got more information about Mister Scary.

Run, don’t walk, read don’t watch tv or interact with the family. Great 5th book in the series. Only issue is they are not long enough. more!!!
I really liked the first Harbinger PI book. Having been a long time fan of fantasy adventure and supernatural it was great to find an author and a series I would like so much. Been waiting what seems like forever for this book only to be back in the same position now. A true sign if a good author is when they leave wanting more. Love this series and can't wait for the next book.
A good book in the series, but I feel as if it as been very cramped and rushed compared to other books. The story could have been developed more, although all in all it was an enjoyable read. I can't wait to read the next novel and I hope it won't take another year and a half to do it.
This series just keeps getting better and better. This one was no exception. It's exciting and addictive. I really want to know what happens next and usually have to read each of these books in one sitting. The countdown is on to the next one.
Another excellent, breezy read. Twisty yet easy to follow. Strikes a great balance between detective thriller and urban fantasy. Looking forward to the next one.
Adam J. Wright has oknce again produced a book I was unable to put down. Alex Harbinger is a hero that isn't flashy but still a true hero finding his way to being the two at his core.
One of the best series of the genre.
Another great bard has come into my world saving us from cold long nights and transporting us to our home, we're we are comfortable and choose to exist. This storyteller is a fine addition to Butcher, Silvers and Sanchez giving us a genuinely good man who allows us to accompany him on high adventures. Having a great group for suppodt. I would add your list to the company of adventurers and fun to start this series. You get a magic claptrap and everything.
